So glad I have this uplift oil for a daily squirt before I do my yoga in the morning. There's no drama if I miss it for a day or even a week, but I just feel that little bit better going into my downward dog & curvy cobra with a bit of uplift. Perfect name for a perfect product.

I have only used the Uplift a couple of times so far but - as a person who has had anxiety and insomnia on and off most of my life - I was amazed at its instant effect. I was awake at 3am with a to-do list in my head and a couple of drops helped me focus on what I needed - sleep!! It’s been maybe 20 years since I slept through to the morning. I have tried a few CBD oils and this is by far the best quality and value for money. The carrier is beautiful oil and the active constituent tastes of high quality sweet hemp. So it tastes good..not all CBD oil does. The THC is low so it just takes the edge off my anxiety and also shoulder pain - I just use as required. The packaging is great and it travelled well. to WA.
