Freight prices & shipping AUSTRALIA

  • $10.00 on all orders with STANDARD POST with tracking
  • $13.50 for EXPRESS POST
  • Free STANDARD POST with tracking on all order over $100.00
  • We ship using Australia Post.
  • We endeavour to have products shipped within 48 hours, and if your order is in before 11am on a weekday, we aim to have it shipped that same day.  The sooner you get your Dr Chill products the happier we all are!
  • Our farm is located in Byron Bay, Australia, and so, when shipping to the Eastern states you can receive your package within a couple of days, but if you live in SA, WA, NT or out of Australia, your product can take up to 2 weeks to get to you – we appreciate your patience, and promise it will be worth the wait!

    Delivery Time

    DR CHILL PTY LTD aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of your payment clearing, if your order is in before 11am, we can have it shipped that same day.  If your order is super urgent, please make sure you've chosen express shipping.
