FOCUS: Calm Motivation

Its awesome. With a million things going on the focus helped me sit still and focus on the work I need to accomplish on my laptop.
Bit by bit I am getting through projects that were to overwhelming to start before taking focus. The crazy thing is the next day I am more organized. Ya whoo finally

I found out about Dr Chill from my niece who travels to Byron regularly from Perth. I have tried Calm & Relief - both are good and do help with anxiety and general well-being.
My fave though is Focus which helps me stay balanced during the day with work and social situations. You need to play around to find the correct dosage. Perhaps start at 4-5 drops and work up if necessary. I am very happy to have discovered Dr Chill.

Focus is definitely my favourite oil in the Dr Chill range. It really does what the name promises - I can focus without feeling distracted by anxiety or fatigue or my normal stream of consciousness mind chatter. It helps me run meetings like a boss!
